When my wife and I moved out of our rent home, the out-of-state property manager attempted to overcharge us for repairs ($55+ for a standard air filter etc.). We were worried because this company had a lot of properties across the country and we knew they had lawyers. A legal battle was going to cost us more than we were trying to get back from our security deposit. Fortunately, we talked to Blake Lynch and we were able to resolve this issue. As soon as Blake started with the case, we felt at peace. Wagner & Lynch may be a small firm, but they specialize in standing up to the big ones.

Blake Lynch represented me in gaining rights with my kids. My story starts sept 2018. The offer on the table was zero overnights and supervised visits. Bracken Wagoner was at that hearing and without much of an argument from the other side I was awarded joint custody before the judge heard the case. We fast forward to Aug 2020, the offer was to cut my time to every other weekend with the kids. Blake has the mother on the stand and the line of question Blake did....absolutely beautiful. I was amazed and shocked. Unfortunately the judge sided with mother in being the primary parent but did keep it joint custody. I truly and honestly believe that Blake’s line of questioning is the reason the mother changed after court. I may not be the primary parent but the mother agreed to let the kids sleep at my house....I have my kids 5 nights a week! It’s beautiful to go from nothing to everything you wanted. I can see my kids almost everyday now! Thanks Bracken and Blake

10/10 would recommend!! Blake lynch is a GREAT lawyer. He will help you understand what’s actually going on. Especially, if your someone like me and don’t know what’s going on. He got my charge completely expunged, even after me not showing up to court.(bc i completely forgot about it.😅😅) i don’t know any other lawyer that would do that. Thank you a hundred times!!!

They met us and took our $3,500 retainer fee, Met with us one more time after that(tried to cancel as we were on our way there), then I called numerous times and left messages for them to call or check on our case, but nothing. They took our money and did nothing. A year later we randomly get another $200 bill...
