I spoke with Joe Tate today regarding representation on a traffic citation. I have never received so much assistance from an attorney even though he couldn’t assist me(due to my own mistake). He even spent almost 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining to me my next steps without an attorney. I did what he said and it worked. Exactly what he said would happen, did happen and it all worked out. I would highly recommend attorney Joe Tate and I will be calling him back now that his advice got me what I needed to start over. He also spent more time with me explaining what to do on another matter that he didn’t have to spend time on. Thank you again Mr. Tate

Has been a life saver. We always get fast responses and honest answers that help us make informed decisions best for our case. They have worked with us on making payments to keep from building up large bills. Pat even showed up to a court date out of town 3 days after taking our case because it was an emergency hearing. Jaci has numerous times explained paperwork to us and calmed us both down when we panicked. We will use them for everything of ours that they do.

I would probably give him a 0 if that was a possible rating. Was informed by him that I would need to send an email explaining my situation, so I sent the email as requested. After not receiving an email after a week of waiting, I tried to give him a call since I needed at least a response in email to be excused from work. All I received when calling asking for an update and if everything was good to go, his response was asking if I even sent an email in the first place with a hateful attitude, along with a "I thought I made myself clear on what was going to happen".. when I wouldn't be calling if he had made himself clear. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
