Terrible communication wouldn’t answer simple questions got upset when you ask questions. And never explained anything. Wouldn’t answer emails or calls in a timely manner. Hired Eric and then was stuck with Stacy after that huge mistake. Choose wisely. I do not recommend them if Stacy is involved in any of it.

Although the other party didn’t show for court, Eric and Stacy both were ready to help with whatever on my case. When I called for a consultation, he was just as concerned as I was with the situation. Very thankful for them, and strongly recommend them both. I will be using them again in the future if ever needed.

Eric is an amazing attorney. I went through an ugly divorce that required emergency custody order and restraining orders on my ex. My life was falling into pieces and Eric was there every step of the way doing the heavy lifting. His work allowed me to focus on getting my life back together, rather than anxiously waiting for what would happen next to me and my child. He's not just a great attorney I now consider him as part of our family.

Eric and Stacy have been so helpful throughout my divorce process! They thought of things I had missed, they are ready to fight when It matters and I always felt like they had MY best interest at the forefront. I would highly recommend them for any legal matter!

I'm pretty sure I have never had an attorney or firm just fall off the planet and not respond for months. I repeatedly called, went by the office and emailed with no update to my case other then he's been outta the office more then in. I've had a divorce dragging on for months now due to the lack of responsibility and professionalism of this firm. I submitted everything I was asked of and nothing was provided to the opposing counsel. Later after terminating our relationship was given the excuse due to court obligations and Mr. Jones being sick he had been unable to send the stuff. Even though I called Right before Labor Day and they had made a trip to Vegas (WEEKS) after I had submitted my documentation to them. When I threatened a 48 hr response or I was going to terminate it's miraculous that I quickly got a hateful response from Mrs. Jones and funny how they didn't have time to do anything on my case and hadn't in months but I used all my retainer and when I asked for a detailed bill I was told if I wanted one I would be billed for getting one and she would come after me for additional hours that was spent OVER my retainer. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone! I guess that's what I get for ignoring advice from others!! I'm also pretty sure when you respond to negative reviews you don't do it as a new review and give yourself all 5 stars!

Because Google doesn't allow for a professional response, please be advised that: Since Mr. Hudson didn't provide a review, we are sorry to find out that he gave a 1 star rating considering the results of the case he retained the firm for. Bailea Kelley is not our client and was not our contact for her fiancé; rather, we regularly communicated with the client's father and as with any case, if the client or his father requested a refund of unearned fees, the client's file would have been reviewed and a refund issued, if warranted. Mindy Henderson's repetitive calls after not retaining the firm for new issues warranted a firm and aggressive response; this was not done in a rude or unprofessional manner. We thank Ms. Morrow for her review and appreciate her frustration. The fact is that all of her emails and calls were addressed. Because she didn't get the responses she wanted, she consistently claimed a lack of understanding of how a case works. Sadly, providing a truthful and honest assessment has caused her to claim a lack of professionalism and hatefulness. We certainly hope that she has found an attorney who can provide her the service she needs. Jordan Lancaster was provided a response to all of his inquiries whether by email or telephone. As was typically of Mr. Lancaster, when he didn't like an answer he claimed that we weren't communicating with him or explaining things. We have an entire file of correspondence to show otherwise. In fact, we withdrew from Mr. Lancaster's case because he failed to respond when we needed information or documentation from him AND GAVE HIM A PARTIAL REFUND EVEN THOUGH ALL FUNDS HAD BEEN EARNED. Mr. Lancaster was advised numerous times that he hired the law firm NOT one attorney. While we understand that people will always blame the attorney at some point Mr. Lancaster will have to take responsibility for his action or lack thereof.
