I had someone close to me who needed a defense attorney over a year and a half ago. Luckily he was referred to Terry Pierce. I'm in a business that deals with a lot of attorneys on a regular basis, my own dad is an attorney, and I can tell you without a doubt, Terry is one of the best!! He is down-to-earth, genuine & honest. He doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but rather what you need to hear. He is responsive to his client and makes himself available as much as possible, while entertaining all inquiries in a timely manner. He is a formidable adversary for any prosecutor while also being charismatic and friendly with the opponent, judge and jury. In this particular matter, he managed to get a hung jury in what seemed like an impossible case. He topped that off with recently getting charges dismissed. This was a journey I wouldn't wish on anybody, however I will be forever grateful it was with Terry. I would highly recommend him to anyone who might find themselves in a position in need of an attorney. He is wonderful to work with and at this point he is genuinely considered a friend. I almost like him as much as I like his dog!! :) If you're on the fence, let this be a sign - Terry is your guy!!

Nick is quite possibly one of the nicest people I have ever met. It’s rare that an attorney actually wants to get to know his or her clients. He is very knowledgeable! He is helping me with a ticket, and I am completely confident in him. If you’re looking for an attorney who is good at his profession, but also a great human being, Nick is the best choice!

I ran into some trouble earlier this year. I shopped around for an attorney, and the first two just didn’t feel right to me. Then I talked to Nick. We ended up talking for hours, and I gained a lot of knowledge and insight into my case and the Cleveland County criminal system. While talking to him, I learned that he is very knowledgeable and intelligent, and that he’s a down-to-earth, good natured individual. Many people hate dealing with attorneys because they tend to be money hungry sharks, but Nick isn’t like that. He’s a genuinely good person, who takes his job seriously and believes in what he does. He does all of his own cases, so you don’t have to worry about some random attorney showing up in his place on your court date. He was the most personable attorney I talked to, and was also the most affordable. He answers his phone when you call, or calls back in a timely manner. He’s never made me feel like my questions are stupid, and explains things thoroughly. Being that I had a previous arrest record, my case could’ve turned out much worse than it did. Nick was tenacious in negotiating with the DA, and achieved the outcome that I wanted for my case. He went above and beyond. If you want someone who truly cares about helping you, hire Nick!
