This review describes my personal experience with Mr. Jared Cannon of Swain Law Group. My experience has been nothing less than exceptional. Mr. Cannon went above and beyond my expectations. Mr. Cannon represented me with knowledge and expertise of the law. He successfully, and in a very short time, had my defense case dropped. I could not have been happier with my choice in Attorney or Firm to represent me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of a great Lawyer or Firm.

Zack Simmons, Dan Pond and Matt Swain at this law firm are the most incredible team of attorneys I’ve ever had to work with! Zack and Dan helped me and my family through a two-year period of time when it was impossible for us to see a light at the end of the legal tunnel. They are truly amazing, and I will be forever grateful to them and their staff for the job they did for us. They took an impossible situation and brought us through with 4, yes 4 Not Guilty verdicts! Something we never expected to see, but through their continued efforts to put the truth out in front of the jury, they were able to succeed in obtaining this type of result. I HIGHLY recommend this group of attorneys to anyone in the State of Oklahoma that has a difficult legal situation. You will not be disappointed in the results. We had never hired an attorney before and after some researching chose Swain. We were blessed when Alisha Hounslow took our case! She is an amazing attorney who took the time to explain everything and keep us updated on our case. We had a lot of questions but she was always there to answer our questions and explain everything in detail. We did everything online and over the phone and we first met her at the court house. I was intimidated by her beauty, confidence and intelligence. When we met her in her office she was sweet, caring and such a professional. We now have custody of our granddaughter thanks to her!

Swain is an outstanding Law Firm. I’ll start by saying everyone I had a personal encounter with is extremely knowledgeable. This is key when you’re going through a significant event. For starters they did not lie about what they were attempting to do to accomplish the outcome that I needed in my case. Much different from any other firms or lawyers that I spoke with previously. Believe me when I say “Swain” have a bunch of “Dogs” on their team. I had personal experience with Dan and Zack whom were understandable when I voiced my concern about protecting my career. Secondly, these guys strategically planned away to protect my wellbeing at all cost. If you’re not a local and they work in your area you should definitely pay 💲 the extra 2,3,4 or 5 grand to have them represent you. Because the last thing you want to do is second guess yourself about if you have the right person representing you. A lot of lawyers will make false promises about what they can do and then attempt to get you to take the plea deal. Dan and Zack did not do that, to paint the picture clear for you these guys acted like overprotective parents ready to fight for their children innocence. Lastly, we all make mistakes and mistakes are not tied to a person age or status, if that’s you look “NO” further than Swain Law Group. If I could give you any advice, it’s to be clearly state your desire outcome and don’t switch up from your stance. From my experience lawyers within their local area have developed relationships with the prosecutor and they’re unwilling to ruin a relationship or reputation over their client. Therefore you find yourself taking a plea agreement because it seems you have “NO” other choice. But not Swain not Zack and not Dan. This firm was extremely helpful in getting my case resolved as quickly as possible. My attorney Alison Roberts was excellent. As someone who was nervous about the legal system she explained things simply and always answered questions no matter how many there were. It was so reassuring to know that Alison was taking care of things and had my back. She made a daunting situation much easier to handle. I can't reccomend her or this firm enough!

Mr. Simmons, and the rest of the staff at this law firm help me out when I was need of legal direction for a family situation. Mr. Simmons took the time to listen, understand and then guide me in the path we needed to take to handle the matter at hand.
