Tim and Rachel are a great team. Tim is really great at explaining the process and what he is going to do. Because of his time as the Cleveland County DA, he is very knowledgeable about all kinds of cases and can give you honest opinions on what will happen. Rachel is extremely helpful and will answer any question you could come up with. She knows the process as well and can give you great information over the phone. Legal situations can be very difficult. I have never needed help before; I did contact several attorneys and talked to them face to face. I find most did not listen to the situation and was judgmental and plays the cheapest price game, but could tell you (CHEAPEST PRICE IS NOT ALWAYS THE BEST IDEAL WHEN IT COME DOWN TO YOUR REPUTATION AND FREEDOM) I was not going to be comfortable with any of these attorneys, I finally called Mr. Kuykendall’s office talk to Rachelle from the start she was OUTSTANDING with the information and sets you mind at easy on financial situation from the get go. Mr. Kuykendall was the district attorney in Cleveland County for a many number of years, so he has built a strong reputation in the courthouse with all levels of command. The staff in his office are very polite and aided me in the right direction with my legal involvement as well as my recovery from my drug addiction. I have several criminal felonies and while my search for legal counsel was very thorough I felt that I couldn't have found a better attorney. They are the best practice in Norman. They are very informative, supportive and understanding to your situation. It is difficult having to deal with the legal system as it is complicated and tedious; but Rachel, the legal assistant, and Tim are amazingly efficient. Rachel is great and is willing to answer ANY questions about the legal system. I highly recommend them to anyone who has got themselves in a bind.
