I am still dealing with the fallout of making the mistake of trusting Evan Taylor to handle my case. I contacted him from the hospital with my child. I received a response, telling me to heal. Then I received radio silence for 3 months. At that point I received an email from Mr. Taylor demanding to know the status of the relationship I had with my child's father, since he had heard from neither of us. He had heard from neither of us because he is not my child's father's attorney and I was awaiting further instructions from my attorney-who I contacted as soon as the child was born. He (or his office) also miscalculated the child support payments. I had to pay my new attorney to fix that error. In all, I waited 8 months with no child support payments with Mr. Taylor as my attorney. When I switched attorneys the initial payments were put in place within two months. After two years my new legal counsel has finally straightened out all of the initial issues so that the back child support is in place. Mr. Taylor presents himself as a charming and caring man. I do not know if I caught his office at a bad time, but I will say that I will never recommend Mr. Taylor to anyone. I hope this review can save someone else from the stress, financial hardship, and emotional struggle that this took on me and my child. Ultimately, I think Mr. Taylor should have told me he did not have the teeth for the fight that my case required. Opposing counsel did need someone forceful and organized to force them to settle the case. Mr. Taylor is not that attorney.

Evan is a phenomenal divorce attorney, he keeps it very realistic and does a great job on keeping you focused on what is really important to you! We achieved all of my goals and he went above and beyond to do so! I would highly recommend him to anyone and my best advice would be trust the process he is there for YOU!

- I would say Evan Taylor has a quick response time. in the rare incident that a communication took more than 24 hours, I fully expected it because he gave me advance warning when he was busy with other cases or out of town. - He was very conscientious of billing time and trying to save me money. - Uses a very convenient website for communication, document sharing, and notifying you when an event is scheduled. Overall I would describe Evan as true professional who is knowledgeable and skilled at his craft. He is personable and upfront. He doesn't sell you any B.S. or run you through a revolving door of unnecessary actions that will cost you money.
