I was going through a rough divorce and custody case and Abbi Slaton was my attorney for the matter. Let me say she is PHENOMENAL. She kept me in the loop with anything and everything regarding my case. She never hesitated to give guidance when needed and explained the game plan from the beginning to the very end. During trial she fought for my child as if she was her own. She does not shy away from putting her whole heart into her cases. She gets in there and fights!!

Unfortunately we worked with Lauren Campbell. We hired them for a probate that they over charged us for and also collected funds for things that were never taken care of. We went to a different lawyer who took care of it for a fraction of the price and got everything done in an orderly manner. I believe Ball Morse Lowe would’ve charged us near 15k or more for something other lawyers, and better lawyers, only charge $3500 for. Also, in probate, they are not supposed to collect any funds until after it’s settled and they had us pay everything upfront. I wouldnt do business with this outfit if they were the only ones available, and I’d recommend you look elsewhere too.

Brian Hill was incredibly helpful in helping my mother. She was very ill in the hospital and Brian showed up at 9am and was willing to stay until 4 just so my mom could take breaks and understand everything. We can’t thank him enough for his compassion and help during a difficult time.

Noelle did an excellent job working with my family on all our needs. She was sharp, empathetic, and really helped us get everything squared away. Highly recommend!

Karen Pearson was awesome in the first court appearance and was able to help a obtain a VPO against the defendant. However, the defendant did not comply with the court order and I reached out to Ms. Pearson for us to go back before the judge to have defendant comply. That was the last I heard from her except billing me for an additional two grand. I called several times to find out what the court had done but she was always out of the office and never returned my call. I would have initially recommended her but not even getting a followup phone call from her to let me know what had happened is so very unprofessional I would NEVER use this firm again. They like the money but doesn’t care about their clients

Cant even get a response from our lawyer yet our bill is 3500$. 3 hears 1 hearing that we werent even informed about, and about to have another that we learned about from online court documents. Would not recommend this office whatsoever. The initial lawyer was fired, and the second could care less, and treats us as if we should feel privileged for her even working on our case.

Tommy J. Pfeil and Sarah Willey were very attentive and professional while also keeping our best interests at heart, also making us feel like we were more than just another case. I would highly recommend to anyone and plan to use them in the future for any legal problems we could run into.
