Sarah Willey was the most unprofessional, snotty, LAZY, attorney I’ve ever met. Straight up robbed me of my money, and was on the opposing party’s side, not mine. Major regret hiring her.

If I could give this a zero-star review, I would. As many others have stated, emails go unanswered, if you call, they're "not available" and your calls will not be returned. Their representation has been nothing but stressful and caused me to miss visitation periods that were scheduled. I am at the point of finding a new attorney to represent me that will have time for my case. They tell me not to contact my ex and then when it’s time to execute my visitation they tell me I was supposed to schedule it with her. Do not retain this firm!!

Please be very careful if you are considering this law firm. I wasn't represented well for the amount of money it cost our family. Our story is really heartbreaking and the attorney at this firm only made things worse. My experience: Lack of genuine compassion and integrity to the client, lack of proper and timely communication, overcharging clients, and I feel the attorney I hired took advantage of my emotional state. Be very careful when choosing a firm. Be very aware before choosing THIS firm. Dollar signs are all some care about despite evidence and their ability to represent their clients successfully. I was wrongfully judged by my own attorney and kept paying them based on their words that made me feel supported through these hard times. I "got screwed", says my new attorney and every person I've spoken to since. I finally have an attorney that sees the truth and is representing me pro bono after being taken advantage of by this firm. I will be filing a complaint to the OBA once my case is finished, so I can prove the hardship and lack of attention this firm's attorney caused in my court case. Also, take into consideration that attorneys work together even if they are opposing counsel. Money is their main focus, unfortunately. My last tidbit of advice: If something feels off, if you don't agree or if you think your attorney is not listening or does not believe you, please fire them immediately. I hope this helps everyone looking for proper representation.

Words cannot explain how blessed i am to have Sarah Willey and her staff assist me on getting true joint custody of my son. Word of advice, do not go through legal aid.....ever. Trust Ball Morse Lowe. They were with me the whole process and i really did not have to do anything besides show my documentation of how i was taking care of my son, insurance, etc. The process put my mind at ease because she handled everything for me and always listened and took into consideration of how i felt about certain situations during the case.
