After paying 3500 it took two months to serve my husbands ex wife. They said it was because they didn’t have her address, the address we gave them right at the start. After they finally mailed it to her they asked us for 4000 more. And that is where it ended. Nothing else done on their end. We were told we would get call backs and didn’t. We were asked the same questions repeatedly from different people at the office. Very unorganized. And to top it all off the papers they mailed to her were not correct and outdated because they took so long. So we are out 3500 and all we received was confusion and no changes in the papers so my husband can see his kids more.
