The best legal team you can hire. Emily Biscone and her team helped me through the tangled broken Oklahoma state labor laws and workman's comp laws that are written by wealthy business and corporations to protect themselves and screw the employees. I cannot say enough about how well I was represented and taken care of by my legal counsel. I will always recommend Johnson and Biscone. I am the 3rd or 4th family member that has been taken care of by Johnson and Biscone over the past 10 years. My niece was rear-ended by a guy not paying attention and texting while driving. My mother and my wife were T-Boned by a red-light runner. I fell at a job and the employer said get off my property. Get in your car and get yourself to a doctor. I have had 6 surgeries and months of physical therapy in the past 5 years. My former employer and their Insurance companies tried to get out of paying and denied any responsibility for my injuries. Talked with James for quite some time, he made me feel very comfortable and I have been to see several lawyers in the past for several auto accidents. None of them were my fault but it doesn't matter you should always have confidence in your ATTORNEY.

This law firm was very professional and efficient in all of their efforts on my behalf. They brought a seemingly endless process to a successful close in a very reasonable period of time.

Will not get back to you in a timely manner (or even at all if you dont harass them on the phone). Long story short they took over 3 years to settle a 3 car pileup with no injuries. My son (being the middle car) walked away with a check almost big enough to pay off his 99 Honda. His passenger lawyerd up elsewhere, just cashed a 30k check. Im sure they got thier cut though.🙏
