I invested in a national franchise operation that was based out-of-state. A deposit was made which would be returned if certain goals were not met. The franchisor failed to meet these goals within a certain time period. I then requested my deposit back which the franchisor refused to return. There were filing deadlines to meet in order to comply with the franchise agreement and after hiring Mr. Krahl, he proceeded very quickly. He was able to secure a very competent lawyer in the franchisor's home state. We then followed the dispute resolution language in the franchise agreement and ultimately prevailed. I received my deposit back plus attorney fees.

I contacted Mr.Krahl when I got involved in possession of a CDS. To me as a young teen I thought my life had been over due to the fact I had made a very bad mistake that could have costed me my future. Upon meeting Mr. Krahl I knew I was in good hands and everything was going to be alright. He was comforting about that case and told that we could beat it.
