Working with Travis C Smith was a seamless process. During our initial consultation Travis throughly explained the process and any possible alternative outcomes. Travis gave a tentative timeline and provided updates throughout the process. Travis completed my case ahead of schedule and provided me with all the necessary documentation as promised. I worked with Travis from a different state and he made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommended Travis Charles Smith for any of your legal needs.

He is a wonderful lawyer! Not only did he quote me lower than the 18 other lawyers I contacted but my expungement was also super fast and easy. Even though I never met him in person, since I have a very busy schedule, he was very kind and kept great communication with me. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing help!

I used my Mr Smith for a case last year. He is very professional, detailed in his work, and a beast in the court room. His office is easy to find, tight parking sometimes but no long waits for appointment clients. Depending on your case and the time to prepare for court. He may offer a payment plan for his services.

Jim and I first met Travis Smith several years ago when he first began his legal office. Over those several years, we've used Travis and the TCS Law Firm for a variety of issues. At first, it was small issues such as setting up our personal trusts and a handful of other matters that seemed safe enough like cleaning up a mess that a previous attorney made for after he left our business only half done despite collecting his full fee. As we worked with Travis, we watched him carefully to decide whether or not we wanted to use him as our company attorney for Affordable Plumbing, we noticed that he was different from other attorneys we've met in the past. He didn't hide in the back office with the door locked. He actually returned our phone calls and replied to our emails. He was there when we needed him no matter what time of day or day of the week. Now, he's the only attorney we use, which says a lot given the fact that we are extremely demanding clients who demand the best from anyone we hire or recommend. Travis' philosophy is very simple. He didn't want to simply represent us. He wanted to work alongside us as a team member to ensure that each matter we had worked out to the best possible resolution. Travis, best of all, actually took the time to sit down with us and discuss each matter in depth then took a personal interest in making sure we understood each step of the journey we were about to begin. That was extremely important to us as clients because nobody wants to feel left in the dark on something that could literally destroy everything you work hard to build throughout your lifetime. Both Jim and I came to be very fond of Travis, not just because he's a great attorney, but because he took a vested interest in our concerns and never once brushed us off as just another phone call or email in the hopper. Jim and I encounter hundreds of clients on a daily basis. Whenever we visit with a client who mentions that they have a legal concern, Travis is always the first name we mention because we always recommend someone based on the quality of their work. Travis earned that position in our list of people we recommend for attorneys because he's always responsive to questions, concerns, and worked very hard to build a relationship with us as individuals and a company rather than simply toss us into the impersonal courthouse grinder where we would only see him for the fifteen minutes we were in front of a judge. In doing so, he walked every step of the journey with us and even helped us through a few personal fits whenever we felt overwhelmed and lost faith in a system that doesn't make any sense to anyone-even the lawyers that work in it everyday. As business owners, Jim and I came to know many good attorneys through the years. Now, after being one of Travis' clients for several years, we can say he's definitely one of the best we've met. We're both truly grateful we met him that fateful afternoon working in his apartment several years ago and look forward to continuing to build on our relationship with his office for many years to come.
