John was a life saver for me. I was homeless, living on the street, denied a public defender despite being homeless with no job (the very definition of "indigent"). Mr. Martino and Mrs. Blackwood, took on my case. I had a consultation within 15 minutes, and within an hour, they were representing me in the courtroom. Absolutely the best. Thank you so much!

Jaye is absolutely AMAZING! She never once ignored my calls or texts and always had an answer for me when I did reach out. Gary and Jessica were great during the entire process.We were extremely stressed, embarrassed and overwhelmed by the increasing debt and making minimum payments. Loss of employment just added to the stress and worry. Gray and Jessica were always open and honest and made us feel confident about the decision we made. I would give 0 stars if possible. Mark Mitchell didn’t do anything for us, showed us no proof of any work he did, then said we had “misrepresented our address” for his excuse as to why he never sent us the supposed work he did. Because of all of this we didn’t have a chance to get a lawyer to represent us to prove nothing had ever been done to the court. Then when it was too late and we asked if we could pay out the over $2000, he literally said “I’m not willing to work with you. It’s not that much money anyway.” Stay far away from this thief.

They made everything very easy they kept me informed every step of the way they provide a portal where you can login and communicate with them and see all the documents it’s very private. Just give them the information they need and they will do the rest.

Called to get a free consultation first got to what I assume is a answering service asked my first name then without explanation of what was going to happen was transferred blindly at that because the person who answered had no idea who I was as I also had no idea who he was. I explained what I was looking for help with I was told he would cost too much I guess he assumed I didn’t want to pay the price he never went over.

From the first day I walked in to Mr. Hammond's office and talked with him I felt comfortable. It took me 7 months to give in and say I cannot continue juggling money every payday and getting no where. The stress of not meeting even my minimum payments on credit cards was immense. I have worked hard all of my life, felt that it was so important to pay my debts and on time, and just got covered up and had no other way out. I was embarrassed and had ridiculous feelings of guilt when thinking about filing bankruptcy. Thanks to the way I was treated, the professionalism of Mr. Hammond and his staff, and their reassurance, I made it through the bankruptcy process and am now relieved beyond measure. Thank you Mr. Hammond and Jessica for always answering my questions, for always being honest with me and for allowing me to work this out in my time but always making me feel important and valued as a person.
