I could not be happier working with Brown & Gould, in particular Dane Flesch. Not only was Dane prompt in keeping me current on the issues he was also pro-active in weighing arguments and keeping me appraised. He would present his perspective on which way things could go which allowed me to make decisions on facts as Dane presented them which was invaluable. Once things got hurried Dane didn't hesitate and he used his legal agility to address both local counsel and the Judge's preferences and still getting the victory. I would like to thank the brown & Gould firm for handling my case. Dane flesch was very professional and firm in handling my divorse case. Dane stood by my side outside the court room and in front of the judge. When a firm makes you feel comfortable at there establishment or in the court room that says a lot to me about there comitment to win each case they take on. When first entering there office downtown in okc there firm was one of the cleanest and most organized I've seen and the receptionist was very friendly and organized as well. I would highly recommend Brown & Gould law firm. More specifically Dane Flesch. I hired him to handle my divorce, as it was starting to get very nasty, and I was losing confidence in the original lawyer I hired. I knew I needed someone who could handle it. The moment Dane and his assistant Charlotte took over my case, they hit the ground running right away. On point, very efficient, and knowledgeable. They were always available. The advice was sound, and communication was prompt and clear. I immediately felt comfortable and confident in going forth through the divorce process. Fortunately, in the end, it did not have to come down to a court battle. The divorce became civilized and we were able to reach an agreement.
