I do not recommend this office. I've been sitting on doing this review for a while and It needs to be done. I came to him because of all the reviews he has, and the receptionist told me that there would be no issue with my case. I show up and after I tell him everything and have him read over the paperwork. After that he starts berating me for around 10 minutes just going on and on about how this is all my fault and how the other person is all in the right. I'm not sitting here typing this review because I'm butt hurt. I'm writing this because the level of unprofessionalism. It got so bad I had to interrupt him in the middle of him berating me and asked him "so you're saying you cant help me?" And left. If you're not interested in a case just say so and leave it at that. Do not run your mouth and make that potential client feel less than for just asking for help.

Lawrence is a great lawyer who will fight for you and your family. If you want to be told only what you want to hear go elsewhere. If you want a budget lawyer go elsewhere. If you want someone who knows how to get the job done and who won’t back down then Lawrence is your guy.

I really didn't feel confident during the consultation. It felt like I was a burden during the time. The location is nice- receptionist was informational during the consultation he didn't seem interested to hear about my case. He was going thru papers on his desk and interrupting to speak with his assistant sitting next to him about other cases. The advice he did give me was... Self explanatory and common sense. I did appreciate his time but I decided to go with another firm who made time for me and didn't act like they were too busy to hear my case before giving me rates of their service.

Lawrence Goodwin has been excellent in his representation thru my divorce. I was out of state, on the East Coast, and Lawrence was easy to work with, to the point, and took care of everything. I was not required to make a single court appearance as a result of his diligent work. I highly recommend Lawrence to anyone going thru a divorce.
