Our family was in a serious car accident in which a truck ran a red light and threw our car across an intersection. On top of the pain and the terror of the event, the other insurance company was a confusing nightmare to navigate. Susan came highly recommended and after our first meeting, it was completely clear why. Not only did she get matters sorted out with the insurance company, she was compassionate, patient, and genuinely cared about our family. She was always quick to respond to our questions and explained things clearly even when we felt we were too stressed to focus. She is a blessing!
