WORST ATTORNEY EVER. Will not recommend to anyone. He needs to hang up his practice and give up like he have up on my friend. Just another Democrat looking for a quick buck and when the fight gets tough he runs with his tail between his legs. Dan Davis you are coward. I will pray everyday that you go broke and lose everything. You know it's funny they only comment back when someone is sucking them off.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Im a current client and I paid my retainer fee to start the case to get equipment back from an employee who ran off with the equipment. They put my case on hold for 3 months in that time all that was done was a letter was sent out to my former employee. I only got 2 calls in 3 months and email response was spotty at best. After waiting four months, not having a court date set and not even have met anyone from the firm yet. They have drained my entire retainer fee of $2000 just to send off a letter and to milk 4 months on my case and I still don’t have a court date. When she finally called to say she could get me a court date she said she needed more money before she can start. It’s insane they charged me $2000 to send off a letter and didn’t even get me a court date or even meet with me. I was told the retainer fee would cover the paperwork and atleast filing my small claims court but apparently that was a lie. The person I have doesn’t even remember my case when we talk on The phone. Each conversation she tells me she will look into my case folder but then asked the same questions ever call letting me know she’s not checking into to my file. I assume she will ask me the same questions again for 4th time next time where on the phone WHENEVER that might be. This experience has been horrible (putting it mildly) they have waisted my time and my companies time, drained all the retainer fee before even getting my company a court date, and has prolonged my company from moving on and getting orders handle and my clients handled in a timely manner. I know that I will be telling EVERYONE I know about this experience and I’ll make sure to announce this experience to my millions of followers as well. This is unacceptable and you don’t waist a businesses time or money like this because you want to milk a case. 4 months and $2000 all just to have 1 letter mailed off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

Mr.Ryan Polchinski BIG TALK LITTLE ACTION!!!!!!!! We’ll not recommend to friends our family!! Good luck getting ahold of him after you sign!! And getting a phone call back!!! No justice at all!!! After it’s done he hangs up in your face and says!!!! You sign the dotted line!! Very unsatisfied!! Through this whole deal me and my family had to go through!!!! Settlement was a joke!! Took half of what we got!! And I’m still hurting from the accident everyday!!!

I'm a current client. Kim Mullins has been amazing. She really goes the extra mile. Every one I've talked to has just been so nice.. Always takes the time to answer questions, ease fears, and really makes sure your doing OK. It's been a relief to have her and this office to lean on. In a world of numbers it's nice to not be treated as just another one.
