They only did the bare minimum, once they got there money I didn't get so much as a call. Was no help with disability benefits or anything like it. Just expected me to know. Set me up for failure. They should have to earn there money forreal. Not just take and run....

Dan Davis will always represent our family' Thank you Dan Davis and his team. Especially Kim Mullins, she always answered my telephone calls replied to my emails and me and my mother appreciated this. My dad always told me to call Dan Davis if i ever needed an attorney. In the early 2000’s my sister got hurt at work and Dan Davis drove all the way out to my parents house in Stroud, Oklahoma to get get her signatures to start her case. That impressed my dad. He said that Mr Davis is a great attorney but he also is a great man to have driven all the way out to the country. My dad has since passed on but I know he would be delighted to know that Dan Davis once again came through for my dads widow. He will always represent our family.

I mean where should I start? I was injured on the job mid to late April of this year at my former corporate delivery service company. The company wasn’t trying to give me my Workers Compensation. I contacted Dan Davis law, I remember his commercial when it use to air when I was younger. I didn’t even meet Dan until court or when we settled my case late October of 2023. But he is definitely down to earth kind of guy, firm and straightforward. I’m glad I hired him! Through out the months in the between time, Kim and Claudia were in constant communication with me about my appointments and etc. They were excellent and provided great service! There were some times, I was un sure about this process but I kept the faith! I would definitely recommend Dan Davis law firm to everyone! We were able to settle without speaking to a judge. He got me what I needed very much so I was surprised by the number they were willing to give me on the second offer but the first offer was too low! Mr Davis and Mrs Kim are amazing I came from a horrible experience with another law firm and ever since I have been with Mrs Kim and Mr Davis they have taken excellent care of me I was in an utter awe with the amazement!!
