I had a legal matter in Oklahoma City and had contacted many attorneys to get it resolved. These attorneys, Kaitlin Allen and Jimmy Lai, were the only ones who actually took the time to listen to me and gave me the genuine impression they believed me. Most of the attorneys I contacted mostly just talked at me, didn't even care to listen to me, and questioned me as if were a hardened criminal. They were the only ones who treated me with dignity and respect. They were obviously knowledgeable, which is apparent from the first time speaking with them. Once they accepted my case everything was handled without unneeded requests from me. Before trial was even set, they managed to get everything taken care of and the best possible solution for me. Obviously the ability to manage my case to the best possible solution is what you most desire in a law firm, but the kindness, patience, and respect truly took all the stress off of my shoulders from the situation.

DO NOT buy into they're 1 hour $300 consultation fee. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with Mr. Turner who said he was interested in taking my case, said he would like to look over my documents and talk to Mr. Jimmy about the retainer cost. 3 weeks roll by I never receive an email for where I needed to send my documents, nothing. So I called & explained everything to the secretary, she advised me I'll call Mr. Turner and call you right back. Never heard a word. Called the falling Monday April 15 same secretary lady, I asked hey what did we find out, She said I'm sorry I totally forgot what Mr. Turner told me to tell you, I'm so sorry. Then she said she would get ahold of Mr. Turner immediately. An hour later some flunky attorney that does not work for Lai & Turner calls my phone saying Mr. Turner said to give you a call he is not interested so maybe I can help. SO I PAID YOU $300 AND YOU DONT HAVE THE GUTS TO TELL ME YOURSELVES, YOU HAVE SOMEONE NOT AFFILIATED WITH YOUR FIRM DO IT! PATHETIC!
