I needed some guidance on some legal documentation I had. I wasn’t sure if my documentation was valid, if it needed to be updated or completely replaced. Jimmy was very friendly and provided great advice. His advice included asking me questions to help me think about the different goals for this documentation. He offered options for different versions of my documentation with different fees for each option. Jimmy Lai did a great assessment of my situation! I recently contacted the Lai and Turner Law Firm for legal advice. I got a call from Andy, the same day that I submitted an inquiry on their page. I was really pleased with the prompt response from the firm! Andy patiently listened to my problem, and we discussed a few avenues I could pursue moving forward. The call made me feel valued and confident. They also followed up the call with an email summarizing our conversation. Although it does not make economic sense to retain a lawyer at this time, I will certainly keep them in mind for any legal matter that may arise in the future!
