I consult with major companies to help them solve longer-tail problems effectively. Jimmy Lai is someone I call when I have a tough nut to crack. He’s a big thinker with a bigger heart and a good moral compass. He has a knack for getting to the right outcome quickly. What others see as big problems, he sees as little speed bumps but also looks down the road to what else might be ahead. Most of all he’s got a great story and fabulous character. He fights for good.
