Very knowledgeable, thorough and makes sure all paperwork needed is present for the trustee. I recommend Jeff as he is also a down to earth person that realizes sometimes things happen to get you in this position. Everyone is very personal and friendly, so you don’t feel alone in the process.

I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy with Mr. West. I felt uneducated on how the process was going to be like because this was my first time filing for bankruptcy. I thought I was prepared enough for my court hearing but I wasn’t. The trustee in the hearing asked me several questions on my documents which I didn’t have in front me at the time. I wasn’t able to give him an accurate answer. Mr West and his assistant wasn't able to step in at the time because the trustee wouldn’t allow them during the hearing.
