Kord really knows his business. I could not have found a more straight forward and knowledgeable attorney. He doesn’t promise what he can’t deliver. He and his staff kept me in the loop on progress with my case as well as leading me in the right direction to maximize my claim. I can’t say enough good things about these folks. Kord is fantastic! I was seriously injured in 2010, and was on the verge of losing everything, facing the possibility of being homeless with family and physically unable to work. Once I retained him, he helped me to navigate the complicated and confusing workman's compensation process. It was slow, and frustrating but Kord and his staff guided me along, and listened when I needed a friend. I hope to not ever need his services again BUT, I cannot say enough good things about his practice, make him your first call if you need help with an on the job injury.
