Howdy, To be honest, when I received email from Stumps and Associates about my I-485 approval, I was reading the best and awesome email of year 2020 in middle of this COVID-19 pandemic situation. I was amazed when Mr. Stump got my L1A visa in a few months and believed in my case for Green Card processing under Employment Based EB1 category – It was a magic. Matt very well explained and helped throughout the process and answered all immigration questions and clarifications were spot on – a fantastic attorney. Suzanne’s immediate response on all the queries I had on visa and EAD-AP card during my frequent international travels were excellent. Mariana is really helpful and through in filing all the application form and clarifying all the necessary and legal immigration document requirements. The team was outstanding. They helped me through my process of getting the H1B visa, and they were very informative. They explained very clearly which documents they needed from me, and what I had to do. Once I got the visa, they also informed me what I should do and expect. Although all our communication was through email, they always replied within the same day, or next day.

Though the premium H1b filing process took more time than expected because of the USCIS closure during COVID pandemic, but when they submitted, it was approved in a week without any RFEs.
