Working with Mr Phil Ryan and his assistant Leah, were great! They were very professional, returned phone calls, answered questions, gave best guesses on timelines and told me what came next during my 18 month SSI/Disability case. I had had a stroke and often my speech and cognitive function wasn’t 100%, but their team was very patient with me in communicating with them. Mr Ryan told me initially that he doesn’t take cases unless he can win, so if you are one of lucky ones to work with him, consider yourself fortunate!

I would like think Charles Simons and his staff for the awesome job they did on my Workers Compensation case. I appreciate how Mr. Simons was there for me on every turn. When his entire staff was out with COVID and I emailed him freaking out over what turned out to be nothing, he took the time to personally assure me that he was ready for any pitfalls that may come our way. That kind of personal attention is rare these days but is still a very valuable trait. The settlement that Mr. Simons negotiated for me was more than I ever expected. Time Kent and the staff at RBR gave me something that a trial couldn’t provide. Hope. After feeling that I was repeatedly being taken advantage of to save money. In good faith I reported things at work to help my clients and saw the information being used against me. I reached out to RBR, and Tim put up a good fight and helped me with what I needed to do but I wasn’t physically prepared to sit at trial. My case did not turn out in my favor, but I genuinely appreciate the effort that went into my case. It hurts to dedicate your life to others then not receiving help in return and feeling that I am stuck in a state away from family during the holidays and for the foreseeable future, missed out on life, and big reunions with friends through the injury process.
