In 2019 I contacted the Philip Ryan, and literally cried i his ear over the issues that I was dealing with. Mr. Ryan was patient with me while I was an emotional mess, and assured me that he and the other folks at Ryan Bisher Ryan & Simons would do everything in their power to help me. The bad part about trying to get disability is that for some of us it is a long and painful process, and as with everything in my life it was long and it was painful. I was facing homelessness and living on the street so no matter how bad my disability was I had to go back to work, and I gave up on getting any help. Everyone at Ryan Bisher Ryan & Simmons did not give up, as a matter of fact they dug their heels in and they built a strong case, strong enough that I was awarded back pay for the time that i was disabled and unable to work. I would recommend Ryan Bisher Ryan & Simmons to anyone who is trying to file for disability. It is hard to get approved for disability, and if you do hire an attorney, you should hire one that is trustworthy and I find Philip Ryan to be very trustworthy ! If he ever sees this thank you Philip Ryan for working so hard to help me, also a special thank you to Philip's assistant Lagina and all of the staff at Ryan Bisher Ryan & Simmons. I filled a SSDI claim and was denied twice. It’s sad that I worked my butt off for 40 years +, and can’t get my SSDI when I need it.
