I’m so happy I decided to call them up. Being 100% P/T disabled Veteran and went on my own the first 2 rounds getting denied. Even the local SS Office was shocked that I got denied the first time. I decided to look up the top SSDI in OKC area. This firm was at the top and for a reason. I did the initial interview, got a call within a few days. They took my case, they stayed beside me the whole way. They kept me informed every time I called or sent a email. During the hearing, the lawyer spoke up made sure the Judge was up to date on current Dr notes. If you are struggling, undecided or even unsure. Go ahead give them a call. I filled out a questionnaire online, had a representative call me back, discussed my case and she told me someone would be calling me back. I received a phone call from a representative we talked about my case. He said I would need to talk to my primary care physician and get some additional information and call me back. I have left two messages with no response. I called again and told the receptionist what was going on and all she said was, “ Do you want to talk to him”,without at least saying I’m sorry no one has called you back or anything. She forward my call to his number which went to voice mail again. I called back and told her to just please take my name off their list, she just said okay. it doesn’t seem like they care at call. Very disappointed in how I was treated.
