Called to schedule a consultation for a slip and fall. They asked what a good call back time was between 12-1 I said due to work. Initial phone call was professional. Jessica called me back said there would be no way to accommodate my schedule due to them taking lunch at the same time. She was very unprofessional and un personable in the voice mail she left 👎

Excellent service! Handled WC case professionally and successfully. Everyone there is attentive to our needs. Recently called to inquire about SSDI and spoke with Alicia -Legal Assistant, is very helpful, courteous, professional and bilingual in Spanish too! Alicia also got us set up with Jessica the SSA Intake Coordinator. Highly recommend RBR firm, they listen and care about your wellbeing!

I was very pleased with this firm. Mr. Phillip Ryan is very professional, knowledgeable, and is very likable. He treats you as a person and not just as a "case." He put my mind at ease and expained the entire process. LaGina did a great job helping me also. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
