At the age of 73, I found myself in need of a great criminal defense attorney. This need was not for myself, I desperately needed someone to represent my 45 year old son who has lost his way because of drug addiction. He was facing two felony charges, both of which were very, serious, with a maximum of 20 years on one and a maximum of 5 years on the other plus thousands of dollars in fines. The only experience I had ever had with the courts was divorce court 43 years ago. My son had only traffic offenses. Neither of us knew anything about the court system or where to begin, much less what to expect. I contacted Adam Banner's office after researching attorneys online and he called me back within a short period of time. I made an appointment for us to meet with him, we met with Adam and he explained in great detail what to expect and a list of things my son could do to help himself. I hired Adam to represent my son that day! My son made matters worse by being arrested 2 more times on misdemeanors. Instead of helping himself as Adam had suggested, he dug himself a deeper hole. Adam worked very hard to get my son the best outcome we could hope for. Because of Adam Banner, my son was just given an opportunity to turn his life around and come out of this with no felony conviction and no jail time, with a chance to have his record expunged. Adam Banner is by far the best attorney money can buy in the State of Oklahoma… he is honest and very professional. If your freedom is in jeopardy he is the person you want in your corner. I was looking at 45 to life and he was able to get my case dismissed. Now I am able remain free, support my family and see me kids every night. If you hire him I guarantee you will have no regrets. I know this because I couldn’t have asked him to do a better job or be more professional in any area of the case. Adam is an amazing attorney. I have had the privilege of knowing and having Adam as my defense attorney for almost 3 years. I was facing some very serious charges that could have turned into a lifetime sentence in prison. I decided I did not want to take the absurd plea bargains from the DA. Adam was with me every step of the way through my jury trial. Unanimous NOT GUILTY from the jury after only 20 min of deliberations. Adam saved my future. I was facing serious jail time, and fines that I would never have been able to afford. Through two years of diligent work, compassion for me and amazing communication Adam kept me informed and calm through the entire thing. He took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and had all my questions answered.
