Mr. Banner is an excellent attorney he had all of my charges dismissed with zero court costs. My charges were feloniously point a fire arm , possession of a firearm AFC, assault with a deadly, and discharging a firearm out of a moving vehicle. Simply put Adam Banner is the best, you’ll be hard pressed to find an attorney that works harder and more passionately for their client. Adam and his staff are extremely professional. Adam, responds to emails quickly and if need be can get on a phone call to answer questions, walk you through any process, and to make sure you understand everything. And on top of that, he is an awesome attorney who shows a lot of empathy and care for his clients. We got an end result that we are extremely happy with and I’d be shocked if another attorney could get the result we did. We have been with the Smith Firm for a couple of years now. They are my attorney for our civil case and if I needed them for anything else I would go to them as well just based off of their work ethic, knowledge, and communication. Would not let tommy represent me for a indecent exposure ticket on a nude beach!! my ex’s brother got more out of the divorce then I did. after having to give away everything I’ve worked for do to Tommy refusing to put a stop to what my soon to be ex and her family were doing, also giving away 100% equity in everything even property I owed long before marriage including my home, personal property, premarital property, stolen money, vandalism of property, breaking and entering, destroyed home with before and after pics nothing done! But hey Tommy fostered me a real sweetheart deal that the ex is entitled to 12000 more cash but I get two lamps and an ugly chair and a bed frame without boxspring and mattress out of the deal but hey maybe it had something to do with Tommy’s woman having FB ties to my ex’s family and friends who knows but if I could sum it up in a picture of my experience with tommy here ya go. && If you ever need any help needing your 14th amendment rights trampled, denied, or ignored they did an excellent job getting that done for me the ex would definitely give these clowns five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Being involved with Tommy going through my divorce was like waiting for the other shoe to drop or disappear altogether, so they (ex, courts, mediators and Mr Tommy himself) can double down on avarice with the entitlement of a military dictator, What's interesting about Tommy is how he goes from not being able to see it to not being able to see anything else, it’s "like being told by a tornado that it's just rearranging your furniture." That radical disconnect between how the storm sees itself and how fast the reclining chairs were forced to seek shelter.
