My fiancee happened to come across Dustin Phillips while looking for information about my case. Finding him was the greatest thing to have happened for my case. He is not only very personable, his knowledge of the legal system helped my case get dismissed! He worked hard on my case from the first phone call until my case dismissal. Dustin Phillips really had my back through my entire court process. When the DA attempted to raise my bond to an insane amount, he boldly challenged them. What attorney does that. The amount he saved me in bail bondsman fees alone was in the thousands, which nearly paid for my attorney fees all by itself. . . . . He fought passionately for me at every step and would not back down until he got me off of the 3 felonies I was charged with. It is scary to face 30 years in prison, especially when the DA does not play fair. Dustin used to work for them and knows all of their tricks. . . . . I have never had need of a criminal lawyer before, so I have nothing to compare my experience with. But I can't imagine there is any attorney out there who can achieve better results, and certainly none that would fight harder for his clients than Dustin Phillips.
