I never thought I would be writing a review regarding court case but here I am. Perhaps this might help someone out there who is in the same predicament like I was. I found myself in legal need and I needed an attorney who could understand, believe and know that I am telling him the truth - not one who would assume that I am trying to escape my responsibilities as many presume. After reading reviews of different attorneys my eyes stack on Adam Banner. The reviews sounded too good to be true. His professionalism, returning calls, text messages, and updating you every single step of the case, and working with you to make sure you are making informed decision in the end, was part and parcel of his character. Adam treats you like part of family. I am telling you I have never seen or meet an attorney who let you vent out but in the end he stays calm and encourage you, shows you the positive side of your case, and position you towards the direction you should be going. In my view, Adam not only he works as an attorney but also in part a therapist, teacher, guidance counselor, and leader who walks with you through turbulence, storm, and difficulty bumpy roads all the way to the other clear side. I know some of you may say how much does it cost. I don't know how much you want to spend but know this "you get what you pay" someone told me this. If I ever need legal counsel you bet Adam is the name that I will call. Thank you for being there for me, Adam! You deserve my 5 star because you earned it!

In a nutshell, Adam Banner saved my life. I had the good fortune of retaining the services of Mr. Banner in March 2015 after I was arrested and charged with a felony offense. The charges were very serious and if the State secured a conviction, the effect on my life and that of the members of my family would have been catastrophic. When I met with Mr. Banner before retaining his services, I explained the circumstances surrounding the case and the reality of my situation- a conviction on the original felony charge would be a death sentence for al intents and purposes, and a plea deal would be little better. Mr. Banner listened to me and together we hashed out the basics of a defense strategy that gave us the best chance of getting the result I needed and eventually got- a dismissal of the charge. After meeting with him and discussing the details, I retained his services that same day. Doing that was the right call. It is important that I mention that Adam and I worked together on putting together a defense. He did not just do things and inform me after the fact. I was consulted and kept abreast of developments as the case progressed; informed of the key personalities on the Prosecution side and approached that would play well with them; and Adam always took the time to answer any questions I had in a very timely manner. He always made time to meet with me whenever there was a major junction in the case and we needed to decide how to proceed; and responded to my emails in a very timely manner. Early on in the process, I began to panic and Adam was very patient and was able to allay my fears.As the case progressed, and I got to know Mr. Banner, I understood that my case was in good hands and there was no need to worry- he ensured that I was always aware of what to expect and there were no surprises. We put together and aggressively implemented a workable and holistic defense strategy that worked exactly as planned and today, the charge is dismissed and I do not have a criminal record. I also did not have to plead guilty to any amended charges. Mr. Banner knows his onions, and if you or someone you care about needs legal representation I encourage you to meet with Mr. Banner and discuss your case. I did and certainly do not regret it. I'll also go ahead and give you some pointers on getting the very best results- be VERY clear about your desired endgame AND what you are willing to do to make it happen. You need to be willing to aid in your own defense, and be willing to pursue an aggressive and holistic defense strategy. He will work with you to craft a solid plan, but you need to be willing to do your part to buttress your defense. Be straight with him and he will work with you and deliver superior results.
