Dustin is the man, he recently helped me on a case the was in pre-filing stages with local law enforcement. I was contacted by a detective regarding a situation that arose with one of my ex girlfriends from the past. She left me a msg asking to return her call and answer some questions so we could move forward. I immediately new that this would be the worst thing to do is answer any questions. I called the detective back told her i wouldn't be answering any questions and that my lawyer would be contacted her. I then contacted Dustin via his website and I was talking to him on the phone in less than 30 minutes. Great guy, very intelligent and will answer any questions you have promptly and professionally. I hired Dustin Phillips in 2010 to handle a criminal case and I was on a suspended sentence already that could have resulted in prison time. Mr. Phillips was able to negotiate with the DA and kept me from going to prison. He has also handled other criminal cases for me and they were dismissed.
