If you are a father please do not hire this firm. First we had one lawyer by the name of Armando and he gave us extremely bad advise. He told us to stop paying child support and would not look at any evidence we had against the mother of her abuse to the children. He also almost had us in contempt of court by refusing to talk to us for a month and we didn't know what we were supposed to do. We then fired him and hired another lawyer by the name of Victoria and she told us that she had to redo all of his paperwork because he did not do any of what he said he did that we had paid for. We thought she was great until she went to court for custody and did not bring into the court any evidence we had against the mother because she said it would look like retaliation. Needless to say after $15,000 and then some we lost the case. We can no longer see the kids due to them not fighting for us. We get two phonecalls a week and supervised visitation because of this law firms poor representation. Now background... My fiance has a top secret security clearance, no domestic violence charges of any kind, has never been to jail, has never done drugs, has never abused the children, and is a tax paying American citizen. There is no rhyme or reason for his children to be kept from him and there is no reason he should have supervised visitation. These people do not care about you or your case. They only want your money and in the end you will get screwed. They will ask more money from you to keep you as a client otherwise they will fire you and their prices are outrageous. I wish I would have read the comments before I had my fiance hire them because maybe things would have went differently. Please if you are a father, please take this comment seriously. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what we have went through with these greedy, immoral, unloyayl and money hungry lawyers at this firm. I have a lot more to say about what we went through but that would have to be made into a book with all the problems that came along with hiring this law firm. Please take this comment seriously and be careful with this firm.

Absolute nightmare. As many, I hired them based on the consultation. Dont waste your time, money or energy. After the consultation, Armando will make appointments with you and not even communicate he needs to cancel. Even the legal assistant started screening my calls, because she had no more excuses as to what was going on, or this is just their common business practice. Please, don't waste your time or money. The negative Google reviews are true.

Lowest integrity of any business/ firm I have ever worked with. They set me up with Armando which seemed very knowledgeable and then pulled a bait and switch move by pawning me off on a different attorney over a single email. I expressed my disappointment and from then until the time I threatened to contact the bar, they ignored me. When I told them I wanted my money back, they claimed that Armando had already racked up nearly $1000 in fees. They keep fumbling around with thier excuses but I am done. This is me cutting my losses and hopefully preventing someone else from getting taken advantage of like I did.

Thank You Cordell & Cordell, Attorney Armando Melendez and support staff for helping settle a very delicate matter during a most trying time period. My suggestion to fathers who find themselves in family court, save yourself time, money and frustration and TAKE CORDELL & CORDELL WITH YOU!!!!!

My husband and I have had an amazing experience with Ms. Didier. When we met her, we thought all hope was lost in regards to an extremely complex family case involving his daughter. She never settled for less than she knew was possible, she kept the child’s well-being at the forefront of her mind, she thought outside the box, and she never lost hope for an instant. The moment she learned the complexities of the case(daunting to others, but not her!), she became visibly excited and reassured us she would and could fight for our family. She worked tirelessly to ensure that no detail was overlooked, no concern went unaddressed, and no shortcuts were taken. I can never recommend Ms. Didier enough, she has been absolutely stellar and she climbed an impossible mountain to give us all our family back.
