I was very impressed by their service

They are very professional and knowledgeable. Made the whole experience easier and less stressful would recommend to anybody.

I can’t thank this team enough for effectively processing my pardon. Carrying a record can be debilitating and painful. Doing it for years can be stressful. Fortunately this team was able to get it done for me, I jokingly say “all I had to do was answer the phone”. Thank you so much for a new lease on life, and for being kind, caring, and clearly communicating expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THEM FOR ANY RECORD CLEARING LEGAL PROCESSES!!

I have waited a very long time to write this review to let my utter disappointment of the outcome of my case get out of my head. I would have been better off had I never met Mr. Risely. I hired Mr. Risley to remove me from the register. Not once did he or any of his staff promise me or guarantee me results, although they said it was pretty straight forward and needed to be done in several steps. I paid all money due up front, quite a bit of money by my standards, I had hopes that all would go well. It did not. I met with Mr. Risely several times at his office and the courthouse. He was personable and explained what happened and what his plan of action was going to be. He made everything clear as to what to expect. Each time the expectation of what the outcome would be kept getting more dismal every time we met. In the end, I was worse off than what I was before I hired Mr. Risely. Not only did things get worse with the registry, I was feeling like I paid Mr. Risely money to make it worse for had I not got in touch with Mr. Risely, I would have not been raised another level for several years if at all. He even appealed the decision, for a slight fee to be paid ahead of time. It went just as bad as the rest of it. Maybe I have extremely bad luck, maybe I am getting what I deserve, maybe maybe maybe. It is what it is. There is no changing my situation. I have bad feelings towards Mr. Risely, I feel he has done me wrong. However, standing outside and looking in, I believe he tried his very best to help me but apparently there is no help to be had. He tried. He seemed to genuinely care. I believe he is a good lawyer and can help many people with their problems, just not mine. This is my unique experience with Mr. Risely and I truly hope no one else's experience is like mine.

Michael and his team made this process so much easier by guiding me through and making sure all your documents were submitted properly. If you are even considering a Pardon, definitely have him and his team in your corner. It is very intimidating to be in front of the Pardon and Parole Board alone. I highly recommend Michael Risley and his team I wouldn't have even attempted to apply for a Pardon without their help.

Hiring Michael Risley and his staff was worth the effort and the money it cost. The results were amazing and the pardon achieved. Now we are on to the expungement. I anticipate the same results. Could not have hoped for a better representative. Easy to work with and always responsive.

I thought I had wrote a review but I guess I didnt. Anyways I hired Michael Riesley to represent myself for my pardon back in 2016. I didnt truly think Id get it but I can tell anyone it was the easiest process with them. I was driving a truck nationwide always on the go. They made everything so smooth and easy and were very positive. After everything was done and we went to our hearing I needed 3 out of 5 votes. I recieved all 5 votes. I was second to last and saw many people either without or with a attorney. Their wasnt but 2 who got approved. Upon meeting the board it was like boom bam and we were done. I will say as well though, its very important that prople with records be 100% honest during the entire process or you will get denied at anytime. Upon getting teleased you truly have to work and kerp your nose clean. Its worth it in tge end. Id recommend them to anyone because it makes everything so easy. They know their buiness!
