My wife and I were looking around for an immigration attorney to process our I-485 application in the OKC metro area. After doing some looking around, we found that Tai Stevenson was the best and picked him because he is down to earth, friendly, knows his stuff (immigration law) and much cheaper that others. After we found out that our priority date was going to be current in 2 weeks, we talked to Tai and got all the paperwork done within the 2 weeks time frame. Tai is efficient and provided us with the best advise and approach to get our paperwork done accurately. Our application (I-485) was processed by USCIS smoothly - No RFEs requested by USCIS. Also during the application process, Tai was on the ball in keeping up with USCIS on my case. We are now Permanent Residents of the United States and very satisfied with Tai's services. 저는 2013년 10월, 시민권자와 결혼 후 12월 말 경에 Mr. Stevenson 를 통하여 임시 영주권을 신청하고 4월 초 승인을 받았습니다. 승인을 받는데까지 4개월이 채 걸리지 않았습니다. 맨 처음 영주권 서류를 준비 할 때는 변호사의 도움 없이 하려고 했었습니다만 혼자 준비 한 지인들의 말을 들어보면 작은 실수로 인해 서류가 반송 되었다던가 혹은 서류 진행과정이 매우 느리다던가 한다는 이야기를 들었습니다. 특히나 저의 경우 ESTA 를 통한 입국이었기에 영주권 신청을 90일 이내에 했어야 했으나 입국한지 4개월 정도가 지나서야 영주권 신청을 하게 되어 걱정이 많이 되었습니다. 그때 지인을 통해 Mr.Stevenson 을 소개받았고 혼자서 하기에 막막하기만 했던 영주권 준비를 너무나도 쉽게 준비 할 수 있었습니다. 이민 서류는 꼼꼼하게 챙겨야하는 것이 많은 것으로 알고 있습니다. 그래서 준비하는 과정에서 신청자가 혼란스러운 경우가 많이 있는데, Mr.Stevenson 는 파일링 시작전에 깔끔하게 정리되어있는 준비 리스트를 제공해주어서 저희가 실수 없이 준비 할 수 있게 해주었습니다. 영주권 신청 후에도 진행 사항을 계속해서 체크해 주었으며 인터뷰 전날에도 복장, 태도, 예상질문등을 꼼꼼하게 챙겨주어 진행하는 내내 안심할 수 있게 해줬습니다. 무엇보다도 가장 중요한 인터뷰에서 변호사님의 꼼꼼한 서류 덕분에 인터뷰도 간단하게 끝낼 수 있었으며 1주일 후 Green Card 가 도착했습니다. 혼란 없이, 편하게 서류를 진행하게 해준 변호사님! 다시 한번 감사드립니다 !! 이민법 전문 변호사 Mr.Stevenson 추천 드립니다 !

My wife and I were lucky enough to find such a great attorney like Tai Stevenson. My wife just moved from South Korea, and we needed help in getting her green card application submitted. We were concerned about my wife's 90-day stay-limit, but Tai was very reassuring during the process, giving us detailed instructions on what we needed to do. The work-load was drastically decreased for us as Tai prepared all of our documents and organized our folder completely. We were pleasantly surprised by the speed in which everything was submitted for my wife's case, as well as the speed it took for us to get an interview. Tai prepared our case so well, that the interviewer only asked us two simple questions! Even better, my wife was able to get her green card and social security card within 1-2 weeks after that. I believe the entire process took around 4 months, which is unheard of in the immigration world. My wife and I seriously can't thank Tai enough for his hard work and great help. We strongly recommend him for anyone seeking an immigration attorney, or even for those who just need a hardworking, trustworthy attorney!

I hired Mr. Stevenson for my naturalization application in 2011. I really enjoyed working with him. He is very professional, humble, knowledgeable and his services are reasonably priced. I hired Tai Stevenson in January 2013 so my wife could get her permanent resident card. I had no idea what kind of information i needed to gather or what kind of paper work i needed to submit. Tai is very knowledgeable of how the process works and helped guide my wife and I through the whole process. He is very professional with his work and take every case seriously. He knows many of the interviewers at the immigration office by name showing he has a lot of experiences dealing in these cases. As long as you are respectful and reasonable he will help you through the whole process even at your interview. My wife had her card by the first week of April 2013 which is amazing. I would recommend him to any friend or family member that was going through a similar experience.

Tai was our lawyer we used for my husband immigration process. He was such a wonderful and helpful lawyer to help us through the process. There was no problems with paperwork and my husband recieved his visa and enter the US within 7 months of filing the paperwork. We had no idea where to start with all the paper work. We were told through a friend that Tai was a great lawyer, and he was nothing but exactly that!
