I was disappointed with the lack of communication and the fact I received stacks of Social Security (SSN) forms I had to fill out. I then had to contact your office in response to the forms and was told by your staff, they didn’t know all the information (about me) needed and I would have to complete them on my own and return them to SSN office. Your office was never involved with contact I received from SSN Office or doctors office's. I feel that the only thing provided was an expensive lawyer name filing a claim. I read in the SSN information that 100% disabled veterans claims would be a high priority process, to which it was put on a normal claim status. I will say, I did receive a favorable decision on my first time making a SSN disability claim. I would have felt better with your office if I was involved with updates of all contact you received or just received a call of concern on how I was doing.
