After being denied on ssd I decided to have Parmele handle my appeal. I will say they kept me informed at times and stayed on it and two and a half years later I’ve been approved. I don’t know what they did that I couldn’t do but I’m happy I decided to use them for an appeal. Thanking them for succession second time around

I found them disinterested in my case and gave no real effort or advice to proceed forward... In other words financial gain was not a guarantee for them so I gave them 2 stars just for good business sense from that prospective... But over all bad business and client relations...

It's been probably approximately a year I've been on phone working with Parmele Law Firm P. C. I have always had very positive and informative interactions with their staff. Today, on my voicemail it said missed from Paris law firm, I called the number back to notify I already had a Law Firm working for me. When voicemail transcribed call it misspelled the Law firms name, lol. Kayla, I believe said I promise this is your law firm, we giggled and she forwarded me to Cassie. Cassie had a super awesome attitude today and it was comforting to speak with her. We discussed normal things then needed to schedule appointment with social security administration for supplement income interview appointment to answer questions on disability by phone. Cassie made the call with me, waited on hold with me then she even did some of speaking for me. I did have to answer personal questions. It was awesome she made that call with me. If she'd just told me I needed to call ssa to set up interview id probably procrastinate. She was a blessing and kept me very comfortable. I'm very happy with the services I received from this law firm. Everyone I talk to is so nice and comforting. I wanted to thank them for our interactions in past and today. Beware, initial intake made so many mistakes on my SSDI application that I had to make corrections with SSA when they called. All my evidence was sent to Parmele representative April 15th. Yesterday, 7 July, I received a denial from SSA. No where in the denial is my root cause reason for applying for disability. I called my Team and left a message yesterday and they contacted me today. They stated that they do not choose what SSA looks at and/or takes action to review, nor can they influence. During my follow-up call asking questions to decide if I really wanted to sign with Parmele, I was assured they would be active and their intent was to try "Try" to get this to pass the first round and not be denied. Also asked if it appeared to them that it looked good, they replied yes it should be passed first round but we will have to wait and see the decision. Providing Parmele with 2 opinions from Certified Doctors of permanent disabilities and not even being listed on denial letter is unfathomable. Maybe I am confused what it means to be a law firm. I dropped Parmele representation and they told me I could appeal this on my own. My thoughts, If I do appeal and if I win, am I contractually obligated to give a percentage of the award... Was this incompetence or out right normal operation? I do not know.

They went directly to work on my case. Everytime I called they listened and we talked until I fully understood whatever I was inquiring about. If I got voicemail I always got a call within 24 hours. Believe me when I say they are that good! Dan was very effective during my hearing and I came out excited about it and sure that it was a win. I'm just saying if you want phenomenal representation with your Social Security Disability case, give them a call. You won't regret it.

I’m located in Oklahoma as is the law firm, or so I thought. During my conversation they said the lawyer who would take my case is in Missouri. First red flag. Then after calling SSA they said that since I taught I didn’t pay into SSA and therefore have to reach out to the retirement system...in what world does that make sense. Telling someone who has worked and paid taxes that they are not eligible for disability because I haven’t paid in. Thankfully I found a lawyer who is knowledgeable.
