I was very pleased with John. He handled my case very promptly. He dealt with the insurance companies and got them to do right by me, he was very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I knew I had hired the right law firm when the insurance company tried to short change on their policies, John was very decisive when dealing with them. John got them to help me very quickly and clear any questions I had through the entire process. I would not hesitate to use him again if the needs arise.

John was amazing he took the time to explain the situation, he covered the three things I was most upset about and gave me avenues to resolve them. Even offered for me to call him back if things did not work out, for a military member dealing with a Civil issue against another lawyer who was trying to talk his was out of an auto accident this was best outcome for me. I had a drunk driver hit me head once upon a time. My car was totalled out and I was covered in bruises. I knew I needed the help of a good attorney and John was the perfect person for the job. He was always very straight forward with information about my case and attentive of any concerns I had. If he was not able to answer a phone call he was sure to get back very quickly. John Branum built a solid personal injury case, fact-by-fact, deposition-by-deposition, expert witness-by-expert witness. (He is superb in the art of taking a deposition.) This case was not really an easy case since the other party initially seemed assured they were at no risk of a verdict against them. Yet, from early in the case, John knew the strategy he needed to pursue to win, adjusting slightly as needed. As John was doing this, he also did his very best to ensure that his client was coping with his injuries from the incident. Over many months, John kept us fully informed about what was happening, how things looked, and what his next steps were. In the end, John built a very solid case that secured a very good offer from the insurance company -- the one that had offered virtually nothing previously. I am confident that, had we gone to trial, John would have had an excellent chance of securing an even better verdict. Unfortunately, in this instance, we had to settle to ensure the funding needed immediately for John's client. However, in the process of considering the offer, John really provided a balanced view of the options I faced, which was immensely helpful. Bottom line, John is an honest, smart young attorney who cares about his client and knows how to win a personal injury case. He is the best in the book as far as I am concerned.
