I file for bankruptcy at a time that I just didn’t think I could come out to where I was at. They were very understanding and sympathetic to situations. They were always quick to answer questions. I honestly was so unsure about bankruptcy or even where to start, there were so many options and so much info out there but nothing guiding me in the right direction. I was so thankful when I came across Luke Homen and called. From the start he was amazing, he made the process smoother than I ever could have imagined. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish - told me what to expect and his updated technology made it super easy to communicate with him and his staff (uploading documents, texting, etc.). Luke walked us through the process step-by-step. We knew what to expect from the court and when to expect it. It was comforting to have him by our side in open court, as it's intimidating and he eased our concerns. Our trustee tired to delay our discharge, but Luke went to bat for us and got it discharged when it was recommended. He was easy to contact and got back with us within 24 hours.
