Attorney and legal assistant made it sound like the accident I was in and hurt from was my fault and said well this will be a hard case so I don't know if we can win. Then never return your phone calls. I will never call them again

These attorneys only want big time cases and they don't even try to find out what is going on. Our accident wasn't our fault but the dropped us because they didn't want a hard case, just an easy open ad shut case. They don't work for you

I hired Carr & Carr back in June 2018. I was not familiar with Attorney's. I saw their add on TV called them, they sent an investigator out to speak with me. They accepted me as a client. The injury I sustained kept me on light duty with no driving restrictions. I live out in the country. This means the $20,000 boat I recently purchased is nothing but a big paper weight .. My newer vehicle with a $400 monthly payment is also a paper weight. Long story short I have called their office four times and a week later still have not received a return phone call . Common or professional courtesy doesn't apply. I am restricted until December maybe longer. Until than I remain in the dark. No idea if I'm getting any kind of assistance. This is not the representation I was hoping for.
