I had a miserable experience being hit by a driver who ran a stop sign and totaled my car. Sorry, it was my wife's BMW I bought for her 1 month and 15 days before this accident for her birthday that I had been saving for years to get. I dont recall everything. That happened in the moment but I do recall being in a tremendous amount of discomfort and aside of pain dealing with vertigo. Horrible. However, Steven Dotter at Carr and Carr got me in to see an ENT doc that helped dramatically with the vertigo as well as advised me better than my own physician which did not even want to deal with me bc of the accident. At the end of the day, to jump to the bottom line I had a way better experience with a qualified attorney that delivered above and beyond results. Tiffany Padilla, who helped with the final paperwork was extremely helpful and the only pain I felt happened due to the accident. Love Carr and Carr and would recommend them highly, and have. Several times.

The process was made simple and easy to understand. All of the staff I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. It really took the weight off my shoulders so I could focus on recovering from my injuries.
