I cannot say enough good things about Roberto Seda. He was recommended to us to handle a probate case and from day 1, I knew we were in good hands. In 2017, I suffered a stroke. At the time I wanted to give my three children each 5 acres so that they could build themselves a home. My oldest daughter said at a family meeting that she would see to dividing up land and bringing the abstract up to date if my husband and I would put the entire property in her and her husband's name. I saw no problem with this so I did it. Within a couple of weeks, she tried to evict myself and her dad and younger sister stating her and her husband owned the property. Now let me inform everyone that I am now disabled and my husband quit his job to stay at home to help me recover and take care of me so we had limited funds. We hired a local attorney who said he could get our property back into our names. We had to pay him up-front ($5000.00). We wiped out our little savings and sold our horses and trailer to come up with this amount. Durning this time my daughter filed a victim's protection order. I never threatened them in any way. My other two children on the other hand where calling their older sister and asking her why? My middle child did get in contact with her and he called her some ugly names and she was recording every conversation and she took this to court. Again the lawyer said he could beat this. I kept telling him that I wasn't the one who said ugly things to them but the judge over in Grady Co Approved the order. Next durning this time her grandfather had passed away and her sister had her baby. So do called my son in law and asked him to relay the message to my daughter. The lawyer was also asking for more money which we didn't have so he said he couldn't go any father with my case I asked him what he had dome for this 5000.00 and he stated that he had gotten our land back from our daughter and in our name. He DIDN'T do anything but quit us. (Shawn Hodges law firm in Newcastle). We had heard about a program thur the Salvation Army's legal help and they put us in touch with Mr. Roberto Seda. He got our house back in our name. God was watching over us. I can not say enough nice things about Mr Seda. I recommend him and his firm if you want an honest, knowledgeable attorney. He kept us informed and led us thur. He is a hero in my eyes cause he truly did save the day(my house). Thank you so much Mr. Seda.
