Roberto Seda set up a living trust for my wife and myself eight months ago. Although his office is in Oklahoma City he was willing to meet with us while he was in the Tulsa area. He is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about estate planning. The final trust papers included wills, powers of attorney and advance directives, as well as the living trust. All were very professionally done. Last week I emailed him a question about whether I should transfer our bank checking account into the living trust and he responded the same day with very cogent advice. We appreciate him very much.
