My brother has been locked up since july of 2016 and he hasnt spoken to him not even once. They keep pushing his court date. I guess im going to have to get him an attorney from here in texas.

He was the worst organized attorney for pre-trial preparation and took a tail out stop and turned into a $2000 screw you to the court fine - for a tailight out. He never met with me on his scheduled time he set forth for me and then just showed a few minutes before appearing before judge and told me it was no big deal and then when trial hit he said I was screwed! He spent most of his time talking to pretty female attorneys and rotating his "hot" secretary's and playing motorcycle with his old motorcycle buddy. Guy lives up to his last name - HE IS A SCHMUCK!!!!!!!! Worst attorney referral I've ever had. Do not use him if you want a fair trial.
