I highly recommend Terry! He's very responsive & doesn't overcharge for anything. I expected to be in debt by the time our case was over & we were able to stay caught up through the whole process because he's so reasonable. If you're looking for a trustworthy honest attorney, He's your guy!

BEST ATTORNEY EVER! I went to Terry with a horrible custody matter where my son was abused both mentally and physically. It was serious and I tried many lawyers for 15 years and I finally found Terry. He got me custody of my son and the abusive mother cannot even call my son or have any contact with him and my son is happy and has peace in his life now with me. I cannot stress on how hard I am on attorneys if they do not perform. I have had two attorneys disbarred along with one judge and got rid of some public defenders in Roger's County and I could go on. I only tell you this because Terry Allen is the best attorney I have ever had and if he wasn't I would call him out. I have been in court to stay in my children's lives for 38 years and spent way over $100,000 dollars when most dads would have given up. Trust worthy, friendly, quick to respond.

I needed to have a will done for our family since we have children now. Terry was very responsive to my questions and concerns. He is fair and honest and easy to work with. He treats clients how they should be treated. He did not charge outrageous amounts of money. I trust him with our financial security and our boys futures if something would happen to me or my husband.

Best attorney around! He's fun and easy to get along with. He's very outgoing and works with you. He helped me win my custody case. He's now helping me with another case. I wouldn't want anyone else representing me. He knows how to crack a joke to lighten the mood. I reccomend him to anyone needing an attorney in the Mayes county/Delaware county area.
