McBride was very professional and helpful during my phone call to figure out my next steps in dealing with landlord/tenant laws in OK. He was very professional and took time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend reaching out if you have any questions/concerns.

DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY FOR SOMEONE THAT WILL ACTUALLY WORK FOR YOU & WITH YOU!!! Chase Mcbride says "he ain't cheap", but his performance and ethics have shown otherwise. He was hired as a litigation attorney. At the time of hire he made many promising promises. It wasn't until he secretly met with local attorney Julia Neftzger and made a deal with her. He was then unresponsive with calls and emails for 4 weeks up until he struck the case. Not only did he strick the case but under case PB-2020-47 in Mayes County you can see where he accidentally represented the opposite party. I understand he is new but he should not lie and then think he is above the law. There was no due diligence when it came to Chase Mcbride. He quit because he did not want to follow through because he made a deal with Neftzger. He promised to send the communications between them but failed to do that as well. He was paid but when he quit he failed to give the right amount if money back, nor was there a receipt of services. Chase did nothing but was glad to take almost 3000.00. There is no receipt and he barely used his little portal. Chase is clearly working with local attorneys to juice the people of northeastern Oklahoma. When he gave up on the case, only 3 months later, he still had no idea what state my husband is living in. Chase just showed is he is a novice lawyer that needs help in certain areas. Please do not reply unless you have an apology and a receipt that shows proof of work. It was never in the "portal" so I do not want to hear that.

Very dedicated and honest

Mr. McBride represented us in a probate that was difficult at best. What makes him good is the confidence he has in his ability to interpret the law, read the judge and what makes him better is he is typically spot on. He is fast and deliberate. He was able to get sanctions on opposing council when things got out of hand. End result was getting us in a position to close probate after getting a $250,000 judgement against the opposing party. I highly recommend Mr. McBride for any type of case you may have upcoming. He says what he is going to do and he does what he says, that simple.
