Murray law firm and their associates did a fabulous job preparing my spouses divorce and custody case. Hiccups happened along the way but it was all to be expected. The time and effort put forth by himself and is staff ensured the final outcome we were hoping for. I would definitely say that if you want someone who will put their all into your case to make sure all T's are crossed and I's dotted, this lawfirm will do just that. F.Y.I. If you're fortunate enough to have Stacy assigned to your case, make sure to treat her well, she is absolute gold.

After countless hours of calling anyone/everyone I could find on Google. I finally reached the Murry Law Firm! They should have been my First call!!! I was in a tough spot... I am am an out of state client (Colorado) and was in desperate need of help with a decade old divorce that is taking place in Oklahoma. I fully understood and clearly expressed that this case was going to come with some child custody issues.. I contacted the Murray Law Firm after doing my research and asked them if they would be interested in helping my daughter and I with a fast approaching court date (6 days before the first scheduled appearance). After a quick "rundown" of the situation, and some very good questions. Mr. Murry agreed to help us with our what was assured to be an uphill battle. The case is still active, but without Jamie and Stacy's expert knowledge, and advice (The 40 years of experience shows). I would still be at the bottom of that hill..! Our fight is far from over, but with the Murray Law Firm standing behind me I am confident for the future!!! Extra big shout out to Stacy H.!!!! Honest, thorough and stays the course. James has been honest even when I haven’t wanted to hear it. He covers all bases multiple times to make sure nothing has been missed. He stays the course with you when the going gets tough and things are looking pretty rocky. If you want a lawyer that will fight for you, that’s exactly what he does.

I’ve found that the staff at Murray Law Firm and James Murray care deeply about their clients. They pour a lot of time and effort into each case and truly want the best possible outcome for each case. I found the environment their friendly and would recommended anyone to come here for their legal needs.

It was okay until it wasn't. Had I known Mr. Murray's personal divorce history I probably wouldn't have hired him. You either do what he wants you to do or he is done with you, no matter if you have pending hearings scheduled or not. He takes your money knowing he has no intention of following through. Just My Opinion & Experience for 9+ months & $13,000.00+ later he withdrew leaving me without money, a attorney and could really have cared less. I agreed to the mediation agreement then & still do now. What I do not agree is to leave scheduled hearings unheard by the court and filing of said contempt charges, charging for their time to do so without any intention of taking the case to trial to which at that time is when the judge would finally hear what is going on with the divorce case. Mediation was a joke at best, I signed the agreement with the advice to do so by Mr. Murray and then held accountable for doing so, which I still am. Never did I believe we weren't going to trial, NEVER. Don't sign anything unless you completely agree even with him advising you to sign, my hands were tied and he was done with me. Take plenty of aspirin with you to your mediation simply because it makes his head hurt to negotiate. Feel free to email me if you have any ?'s.

Do not hire this attorney based off of his reviews, as it is all fake. I hired this attorney based off if his reviews. It was not until after a few visits I soon realized he is unprofessional, untrustworthy, a fraud and a fake. The thousands of dollars I paid for him to represent me is now wasted, after he continuously accused me of incidents that were not part of my case. When in fact it was another one of his clients' cases, he was accusing me of and had in front of him and not mine. This attorney is unprepared for the work of an attorney, scatter brained, unprofessional, and will over charge you to include charge you for work he will claim he performed on your case but did not. Now this attorney is harassing me and trying to sue me for more money when he was fired in 2023. I have yet to receive an itemized bill to show the legitimacy of any charges. James V. Murray should not be an attorney as he will not represent you, he will accuse you of claims in cases of his other clients, will not apologize, and will not properly bill you. Do NOT use James V. Murray.

Divorce is a terrible, terrible ordeal to go through. James Murray was not my first attorney. (but sure wish he had been) Despite everything that I had been through he helped me land on my feet. There is no Instruction book on divorce. In the end, I am so very thankful that I switched to this law firm because he took an impossible situation that was dumped in his lap from my previous decisions with a different attorney and helped me above and beyond what I had expected. He literally changed my outcome in life!
