Would not recommend at all.

Went with a friend first red flag was a retainer fee of $750 just to set up an appointment. Meet with Wayne Bailey who in my opinion has a narcissistic personality with a superiority complex and likes to hear the sound of his own voice because you can't speak because he is constantly speaking over you!!! REBUTTAL TO MR. BAILEY…..POINT PROVEN in regards to your NARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY and SUPERIORITY COMPLEX!!! I simply stated I went with a friend. I never stated that I was ever a client NOR did I ever stated that I did or did not attend the meeting!!! AS FAR AS THAT GOES I could have changed my name since I was there last and you would not have known if I was there or not!!! HOWEVER, I guess your SUPERIORITY COMPLEX AND NARCISSISTIC BEHAVIOR in my opinion would never have let you if ever consider those possibilities! Must be nice always thinking you are correct and YOU HAVE PROVEN TO EVERYONE OUT THERE THAT YOU INDEED CAN NOT TAKE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM!!!!!! CASE Closed 😂🤣😂🤣

Hired Mr. BAILEY IN 2020 we were promised that the lawyer that messed up deeds he was going to put him on the stand make him tell the truth took thousands of dollars from us 3500.00 in escrow won't give it back.never did anything for us but ask for 4 to 500.00 ever other month with no results except got to gather with the other party thing to make us pay money to the other party when he took all our money tried to set up payment plan never got a answer then in 2022 he turned it into green country law gave us a lawyer that we didn't know without talking or asking if we wanted him not fare then the attorney he gave us was in stiwell wanted 3200.00 dollars to start over if you hire them you are going to get taken and nothing will be done except you will have no money we had waited 2 plus months with no answer that could have been done in a few months now I'm left to have to hire another attorney and send all my information into the Bar Association

BUYER BEWARE!!! Wayne Bailey is Incompetent over rated and a narcissist. He refused to do his job as legal counsel to the point we filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Bar Association for not doing anything 8 mos after hiring him except bilking us out of our money. We elected to hire another attorney that cost us even more money because Wayne won’t do his job! Wayne was so unprofessional in the court room in front judge Josh King where he laughed along with the opposing counsel about how the other side agreeded to some terms my wife had and said “Oh by the way they agreed to your terms but they forgot to tell you” However, it was his job as legal counsel to tell me! It was all really unprofessional and so was the judge for allowing it to happen! Wayne then put a Lein on my mother-in-laws property for what he called services rendered for approximately $2200 in Dec 2022. It made him mad bc of the review my wife posted on google so he came after us personally! He attempted to take it to small claims court when judge King ordered for the estate to pay attorney fees, however, he wasn’t happy with that so he filed claims against my wife in small claims court and got no where bc he was hired for the probate and I guess $3500 wasn’t enough money for doing nothing as to the reason he why he was FIRED so he then filed a claim in civil court for more than $10k. I guess he got a bruised ego! The other attorney we hired went to court bc my wife had never been served yet once again judge King allowed Bailey to get judgment against her for over $10k. The other attorney went and got the judgment vacated which made Wayne Bailey even more mad so he put a Lein on our property! Now the other attorney has to get the Lein removed! Wayne Bailey needs to be disbarred by the Oklahoma Bar Association!!! BUYER BEWARE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY.

I had a question that I was advised to ask an attorney about. I went to Bailey law and was told I had to pay a $250.00 deposit ( I later learned it was non refundable} I did not leave there with the answer I was seeking and was confused. When I called back Wayne refused to even talk to me until I pursued taking the person to court, I had no intentions of doing so I JUST WANTED MY QUESTION ANSWERED, also refused to refund my $250.00 My dealing for the most part with companies from Oklahoma (I'm from Kansas) after tornado damage to my cabin Dec 2018 has been a nightmare and still not over with.

I hired Wayne Bailey back in March 2022 for probate of my mom’s estate. I was promised that he was going to have the opposing partyS case thrown out for failure to notify heirs that didn’t happen. I would take him copies of documents only to be charged for copies I gave him. He allowed the opposing counsel to much leeway and didn’t appear to be interested in handling my case only in over charging me. I was charged approximately $8100 to have only been appointed special administrator of the estate. If I took documentation I was charged if I called his office I was charged. I was even being charged for him and his office employees to go check the mail at the courthouse. I never made it to court almost 8 mos after hiring him then he wanted to threaten me with withdrawing if I didn’t make him a payment and he had already received over $3600 at that time. I finally filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Bar Association in regards to this matter. I would strongly discourage anyone from using him or his law office unless you have really deep deep pockets!!!! IN RESPONSE TO GREEN COUNTRY LAW RESPONSE WE ARE THE ONES WHO TERMINATED THE CONTRACT FOR YOUR FAILURE TO MEET YOUR OBLIGATORY DUTY TO US AS YOUR CLIENT! WE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE OKLAHOMA BAR ASSOCIATION FOR FAILING TO PERFORM YOUR DUTIES AS LEGAL COUNSEL AND OVER CHARGING!!! YOUR LAW FIRM NEVER GOT US INTO COURT 8mos LATER BECAUSE YOUR LAW OFFICE WAS TO BUSY ALLOWING THE OPPOSING COUNSEL TO HAVE THEIR WAY!!! NOT TO MENTION YOUR SO CALLED PROFESSIONALISM OF LAUGHING IN THE COURTROOM WHEN I WENT TO COURT TO CHANGE ATTORNEYS ALONG WITH OPPOSING COUNSEL, ABOUT HOW THEY AGREED TO MY TERMS BUT HOW YOU FORGOT TO TELL ME ABOUT IT ESPECIALLY ON THE DAY MY 17 YEAR OLD BROTHER WAS AT HOME ACTIVELY DYING AND DIED WITHIN AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER THE COURT HEARING. BESIDES IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING FROM NUMEROUS OTHER OF YOUR PREVIOUS CLIENTS THAT THEY TOO HAD TO DISCHARGE YOU AND SEEK OTHER LEGAL COUNSEL TO HAVE THEIR LEGAL NEEDS MEET!!! MY NEW ATTORNEY HAD US IN COURT WITHIN 6WKS SOMETHING YOU COULDN’T SEEM TO DO IN 8 MONTHS!!!
